Accounts
You can create a free account with your e-mail address; we sign you in with a one-time link (no password). You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your e-mail secure.
Third-party services
We rely on a few third parties to run the service: a Merchant of Record for payments, and Google Search Console for the optional search-performance metrics shown in your dashboard (aggregate data for your own profile only). See our Privacy Policy for what each one receives.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Melioo to publish or link to content that is:
- illegal, or that infringes others' rights;
- sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual content;
- malware, phishing, or fraudulent schemes;
- spam, or automated abuse of the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you publish. You grant us the limited right to host and display it as part of operating the service.
Moderation
Profiles are published immediately and moderated afterwards. We may review, flag, unpublish or remove content, and suspend accounts, where content breaches these terms.
Paid plans, billing & refunds
Melioo offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan billed once per year. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, who acts as the reseller of record, collects payment and remits applicable taxes. Your card details are handled by the Merchant of Record and are never seen or stored by us. You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Availability & disclaimer
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
