Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-18

This policy explains how billing, cancellation and refunds work for the Melioo Pro plan, operated by Firstline. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, who acts as the reseller of record and handles your receipt and any refund on our behalf.

What you are billed

Pro costs $29, billed once per year. There is a free tier that never expires, so you can try Melioo before you pay. Applicable taxes (such as VAT) are calculated and shown by the Merchant of Record at checkout.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of payment, for any reason. Request a refund within that window (see below) and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. By starting to use paid features you agree that the service is provided immediately; this does not remove your 14-day right during the withdrawal period.

Cancelling your plan

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings, or by e-mailing us. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for - it simply does not renew after that. Cancelling does not delete your account or your data; you can keep using the free tier.

Refunds after 14 days

After the 14-day withdrawal window, the annual fee is generally non-refundable and we do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a period. If something goes genuinely wrong on our side - for example the service is unavailable for an extended time, or you were charged in error or charged twice - contact us and we will make it right, including a full or partial refund where appropriate.

How to request a refund

E-mail biuro@firstline.pl from the address on your account, with your order or receipt number. We aim to reply within a few business days and, once a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method by the Merchant of Record. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
