Melioo is built privacy-first: no third-party trackers, no analytics cookies, and the minimum data necessary to run the service.
Who we are

What we collect
The only personal data we store is your e-mail address, used to sign you in (magic link) and, once payments exist, for receipts. We do not collect names, phone numbers, addresses or dates of birth.
Content you publish on your profile (display name, description, links) is your published content, not data we collect about you.
Cookies
We set a single essential session cookie (httpOnly, SameSite=Lax) so you stay signed in. It is strictly necessary and carries no tracking identifiers, so no consent banner is required. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.
Analytics
Public profile statistics (views and clicks) are anonymous: we store no IP address, no raw User-Agent, no cookie and no fingerprint. Bots are excluded. Raw events are kept for 14 days; only aggregate totals persist.
Search Console metrics
Your dashboard can show search-performance metrics for your own profile - clicks, impressions, average position and the top search queries that led to your page - provided by Google Search Console. We hold a single Search Console property for the whole site and filter the data to your profile's own URL, so you only ever see your own profile. These are aggregate figures: Google anonymises and thresholds rare queries, so they contain nothing that identifies an individual visitor. It is a server-side dashboard read only - it adds no scripts, cookies or trackers to your public page. Google provides and processes this data under its own terms. This feature is shown only where enabled for the service.

Where your data lives
Data is hosted with a reputable managed cloud infrastructure provider. We apply GDPR-grade privacy practices to every user, wherever they are, and rely on standard contractual clauses where data is processed outside the European Economic Area.
Payments
Payments for the Pro plan are handled by our Merchant of Record, who acts as the reseller, processes your payment data and issues your receipt. They receive the billing details you enter at checkout (such as your name, e-mail and, where required for tax, your country). We never see or store your card details. Your rights
You can access and export your data and delete your account at any time from your dashboard. You may also contact us to exercise your rights under the GDPR.
Retention
Your e-mail is kept until you delete your account. Raw statistics are kept for 14 days; security logs briefly. Deleting your account erases your profile, links and statistics.
